November, 2012 meeting resolutions
The following are the minutes of the monthly general
body meeting held, discussed and approved by the committee members on 10th
Nov, 2012. It is also decided to take
necessary action against the resident/flat in case if any violate the below
mention points.
1.
Monthly maintenance should be
paid by the flat resident regularly by end of the second week. On first two Sundays (morning, 8.00-9.00AM
and evening 7.00 – 8.00PM) maintenance will be collected in the society
office. It is observed that same set of
defaulters are seen regularly from last three months. So, it is decided that if the maintenance is
not paid by the said time, to cut the regular and manjeera water supply to that
flat in the third week.
2.
Currently total of 9 1/2 flats
are not yet paid the corpus fund. In
this decided by the society that the time will be given till December end, 2012
and see if not paid the water supply as said in the case of maintenance, will
be cut.
3.
For any function arranged by
the flat owner/residents, it is necessary to give a request letter to the
society and get approval for the same.
It is also decided to collect an amount of 1000/- as rent/fees and 500/-
refundable caution deposit.
4.
Society and owners are
proposing for implementing rain harvesting in our apartments to increase the
ground water levels in our apartment.
This would be decided and implemented/constructed in the summer, 2013.
5.
It is also decided not to
entertain the outside vehicles to enter into the apartment.
6.
Buying a tool kit for our
apartment. It will be kept with watchman
and can be used by the resident.
7.
Planned to an outing in the
month of December. Date and details will
be passed to you in coming days.
8.
It is also decided to buy carom
board for our apartment. It can be used
by any of our residents and played in our apartment premises.
